My name is Christina, I am 39 years old, and my life in Britain is not a picture from Pinterest.

She is a teenage daughter, studying at the British Open University and walking 19,000 steps every day while working two jobs as a cleaner.
my approach
Strength through mind, not through exhaustion
My approach is based on three pillars:

Evidence-based science + Real-life experience + Understanding of female nature. I don’t offer magic pills, I give tools that I test on myself every day.

What I do
I study the complex science of biochemistry and physiology, filter it through my own experience, and adapt it to the needs of the female body so that I can share with you only what really works in life.
